Entry visas are issued to the delegations of the participating clubs provided that the required documents are sent at least 21days before the date of arrival

Referees
The refereeing is supervised by the referees committee of the Arab Fencing Federation, consisting of three members. The head of the referees committee is appointed by the Arab Fencing Federation and two members, including a member of the organizing country, in the meeting that will be held for the heads of delegations before the start of the tournament.
TEMA International, the Organizing Company will provide neutral holding the international badge referees on its expenses as a contribution from the company to reduce the burdens on the participating clubs.

Equipment
| All the fencers must be equipped in accordance with FIE rules and must present themselves at the Weapon Checking Centre the day before their competition with the equipment they intend to use during the event in question. The name and the nationality of the fencers must be printed on the back of the jacket in accordance with FIE rules. | |
